- Themes: Mood boards covering Modern, Industrial, or Minimalist styles using concrete, wood, and glass textures.
Technical Drawings (GFC)
- Civil & Flooring: Wall breaking or making plans and detailed tiling and stone layouts with spacer details.
- Ceiling & Lighting: False ceiling plans with cove lighting sections and magnetic track cut outs.
- Woodwork Details: 2D elevations for wardrobes, TV units, and modular kitchens specifying internal storage.
- MEP: Electrical looping diagrams and plumbing point markings for bathrooms.
Execution & Sourcing
- Market Visits: 4 to 6 accompanied visits to local markets for tiles, sanitary ware, veneers, and fabrics.
- Supervision: Approximately 3 visits per month to check execution quality, corner angles, and levels.
