We are a design and build firm specializing in luxury boutique residences from foundation to interiors. Our signature style is a fusion of contemporary and neo-classical design, defined by an interplay of earthy textures and timeless materials.

This is my design for 'The Stepped Outhouse,' a 15,000 sq.ft. contemporary villa. The concept uses stepped concrete terraces and large glazings to maximize views of the surrounding greens, while buttress walls and wood accents create an elegant, earthy texture.

The exterior of the Pradhanmantri Sangrahalaya, a national museum for which I was a lead designer. This project, a winning entry in a global design competition, stands as a symbol of modern India, featuring a distinctive, powerful form set within a sunken landscape.

This master bathroom exemplifies our approach to creating a personal sanctuary. We used large format black marble slabs to create a glorious, seamless wall, juxtaposed with the warmth of a wooden platform for the freestanding tub. The custom-designed ceiling cove and backlit mirror provide layered, ambient lighting that enhances the mood while ensuring functional clarity.

We designed this dining area to be the heart of a timeless, classical residence. The space is defined by its opulence, featuring custom chairs with intricate woodwork, a crystal chandelier, and heavy, patterned drapes that control natural light. The design amplifies the vintage character of the home, creating an elegant setting for formal gatherings.

We believe a space should reflect your personal design language. Here I am in a recently completed project, where we combined neo-classical wall mouldings with bold, contemporary furniture like this blue velvet sofa. Our goal is to create environments that are not just beautiful, but also joyful and deeply personal.

We used bookmatched black marble slabs to create a dramatic feature wall, complemented by an organic-shaped freestanding tub and subtle cove lighting in the ceiling to create a serene, spa-like atmosphere.
