About The Design Process: Behind the Scenes
We believe in full transparency because a quality space does not happen by accident. You will often find us on-site managing MEP loops, supervising custom woodwork, and coordinating with vendors to ensure the design on paper matches the built reality. It is messy, loud, and demanding work, but that is exactly how we deliver spaces that feel lived-in rather than staged.
Great design is a journey of collaboration, problem-solving, and sheer persistence. When we take on a project, whether it is a boutique hotel in Gangtok or a restaurant renovation in Khan Market, our approach stays the same: we focus on the narrative.
Our Process Breakdown
- Concept & Planning: We start with site analysis and mood boards. We do not just pick colors; we plan for housekeeping circulation, guest access, and long-term durability.
- Technical Precision: This is the unglamorous part that defines quality. Our Good For Construction (GFC) drawings cover everything from civil and ceiling sections to intricate electrical looping and HVAC coordination. We plan the service lines so you never see them.
- On-Site Supervision: We are not remote designers. We visit sites for mockup supervision and snagging. Whether it is a lobby transformation in Bhopal or a resort in the hills, our team is there to manage the vendors and ensure the vision holds up under construction pressure.
- Collaborative Effort: Our team thrives on this. From custom joinery details to selecting the right upholstery, we work alongside skilled contractors to bring the design story to life. If you want a space that feels authentic and functional, let's talk.
