Every project here represents a specific challenge we solved to create a better experience for the people who walk through those doors.

Design is rarely just about aesthetics for us. It is about problem-solving, particularly in hospitality where the space needs to be both durable and welcoming. When we approach a renovation, like our work with the Keys Select Kattima hotel in Chennai, we start by looking at what isn't working—be it flow, lighting, or the outdated lobby feel—and rethink it to improve the guest experience.

Our philosophy across India, from the vibrant Hitec City in Hyderabad to the quiet hills of Gangtok, is rooted in context. In Hyderabad, we aimed for modern luxury with grand lobbies and art installations that make a statement upon entry. Conversely, for our work at the Denzong Regency in Gangtok, we focused on bringing local Sikkimese heritage inside, using warm wood and split-level layouts that feel natural to that terrain.

We prioritize the analysis phase of every transformation. We want to see how a space currently operates—housekeeping paths, guest bottlenecks, and acoustic needs—before we ever start on a render. Whether it is sourcing local Gond art for a hotel in Bhopal or integrating natural stone and panoramic views for a retreat in Uttarakhand, our goal remains constant. We aim to create spaces that feel lived in, not just staged for a portfolio.
