Tennis is 90% footwork and 10% racket. At our Pitampura academy, we build the speed, reaction time, and explosive power that separate a casual player from a winner.

A fierce game of Tug of War. This isn't just for fun; it builds core and grip strength, which is essential for powerful shots in tennis.

"Aaja, pakdo isko!" More Tug of War action. The competitive spirit and teamwork seen here translate directly to the tennis court.

"Two, one... go!" Kids starting a sprint drill. Speed and agility are critical in tennis, and we build that foundation with targeted running exercises.

Side jump drills to improve lateral movement and footwork. A coach leads the session, ensuring every player performs the exercise correctly.

A sound and reaction drill using a soccer ball. This improves auditory processing and reaction time, helping players make split-second decisions during a match.

A hand-eye-foot coordination activity mat. This challenging drill improves a player's agility, balance, and ability to think on their feet.

A group of beginners doing warm-up exercises led by a coach. Proper warm-ups are essential to prevent injuries and prepare the body for an intense session.

Players performing lunges as part of their fitness routine. This exercise strengthens the legs and improves balance, which is crucial for stability during shots.

A fun agility drill where kids run in and out of cones. Making fitness fun is the best way to keep young players engaged and motivated.

A student practicing a juggling drill to improve hand-eye coordination and focus. This is a great exercise for developing a soft touch and feel for the ball.

About Fitness is Non-Negotiable: Drills & Conditioning

Most academies just feed balls, but we start on the ground. You will see kids doing Tug of War or reaction drills with soccer balls—these aren't just games, they are calculated exercises to build the core stability, grip strength, and auditory focus needed for a long, tough match.
