This is the completed 'Punith Arcade' in Davangere, a mixed-use building combining commercial and residential spaces. We managed this project from the initial architectural design to the final construction, focusing on a modern facade using HPL and glass to create a landmark structure.
We are on-site at the Sri Taralabalu School, overseeing the early stages of construction. As a design and build firm, our presence on the ground is constant, ensuring the structural work, from bricklaying to reinforcement, aligns perfectly with our architectural plans.

- Material Selection: We do not just pick materials from a catalogue. We go to marble yards and suppliers with you to handpick the stones and finishes that define your project's character.
- Execution: Our team manages the foundation, the RCC frame, and the finishing touches. We focus on details like groove patterns in plaster and joinery that make a space feel complete.
We are based in Bangalore and Davangere, but our practice takes us across Karnataka. We believe a building is not just a structure, but a space that reflects the people who use it.
