We work across Karnataka, so we are used to logistics. We arrive with a dedicated vehicle for the furniture and props. Whether you are hosting at a community hall or at home, we coordinate with the venue management to ensure the stage fits and the power points for our focus lights are ready.

Before we start, we will ask about the ceiling height and the available stage area to make sure the backdrop stands perfectly. Our team of 3-4 people handles everything—from the backdrop construction to the floor carpet and the final floral touches—so you don't have to manage anything on the day.
