Behind the Scenes of Our Event Setups

Building a theme setup is mostly about logistics and precision. People often ask how we manage to get an 8ft backdrop or a full balloon arch standing perfectly stable in different venues. It comes down to preparation. Before we reach your venue, we have already prepped your cutouts and checked the frame stability.

When we arrive, we get to work immediately. My crew uses industrial electric pumps for the balloons, because doing that by hand would take too long and would not give the consistent shape we need for an organic arch. For our Seemantha or traditional setups, we spend extra time ensuring the fresh flowers are arranged correctly so they stay fresh through the event.

If you are wondering about space, we need a standard 10x12ft area for most of our setups. We handle the transport and the cleanup, so you do not have to worry about where the props go after the party. Whether it is a birthday in a small home hall or a larger community center, we bring our tools and experience to make sure your space is transformed within the promised time frame.
