Event Decoration and Theme Party Setup
I bring party themes to life across Karnataka. Whether you need a colorful kids' birthday setup or a traditional Seemantha stage, I handle the full decoration so you can focus on your celebration.
This is a complete Seemantha (baby shower) stage I designed. It features an ornate high-back chair against a custom backdrop made of fresh marigold flowers arranged in a colorful grid pattern, a specialty of mine for traditional functions.
For this third birthday, I created a full mermaid theme. The setup includes a silver shimmer wall for sparkle, character cutouts, a personalized life-size cutout of the birthday girl, and themed pedestals for the cake and desserts.
A Disney Frozen themed party is always a favorite. This setup for a fifth birthday includes a large blue balloon arch, cutouts of Elsa and Anna, and custom-printed display stands to create a complete winter wonderland scene.
I designed this farmyard theme for a first birthday party. The centerpiece is a red barn backdrop with the child's name, surrounded by balloon arrangements and pedestals with cow-print details to match the farm animal theme.
Here is a traditional Seemantha function setup. I used a classic high-back throne chair and created a backdrop with a green base and a grid pattern made from fresh yellow marigold flower garlands (chendu hoovu).
This colorful Cocomelon themed setup was for a Christening ceremony. It features character cutouts, a custom school bus prop, and a faux grass backdrop, combining a fun kids' theme with a traditional event.

Whether I am designing a mermaid theme for a birthday or a marigold backdrop for a Seemantha, I bring everything required—balloons, props, and lighting—to set up the stage in about three to four hours. You do not need to worry about the logistics, as I handle the full assembly and breakdown to ensure the venue is ready for your guests.
How I Set Up Your Event
When you book a theme for a birthday, I take care of the details, from the character cutouts to the balloon garlands. For a smaller space, a standard 2D setup with an 8x8ft backdrop works well. If you want something larger for the photos, my premium 3D packages use shimmer walls and 600+ balloons to make the space stand out.
Traditional Ceremonies
For functions like Seemantha, cradle ceremonies, or christenings, the approach changes. I focus on fresh flowers like chendu hoovu (marigold) and traditional drapery, paired with a royal throne chair. I know these events have specific ritual requirements, so I ensure the setup is festive yet respectful of the ceremony traditions.
Travel and Logistics
I travel anywhere in Karnataka for these events. My team and I handle the full installation, whether it is an outdoor venue or a compact hall. We bring all the lighting, stands, and props, ensuring the final result matches the reference photos you choose.
