About this collection
I offer flexible arrangements where you can either provide your own fruits, sweets, and gifts, or let me handle the sourcing and packing entirely. I personally oversee the on-site setup, arranging everything from the floral accents to the final placement of the dolls, so you do not have to worry about the logistics on the big day.
My Approach to Seemantham Decor
For me, seemantham is about more than just plates; it is about celebrating the joy of a new life coming into your family. When I set up for a baby shower, whether it is in a cozy home in Nagarbhavi or a large hall like Jayanagar’s Samskruti Hall, my goal is to make the space feel welcoming and beautiful.
Handmade Details
What makes my work stand out are the handcrafted dolls. I personally dress each one in traditional sarees or half-sarees to represent your family’s style. These dolls, combined with fresh jasmine (mallige), lotuses, and intricately decorated coconuts, create that authentic, traditional South Indian look that elders love. For a more contemporary touch, I also use acrylic risers and crystal-rimmed trays, which are perfect for a clean, modern aesthetic.
How We Work Together
I believe in transparency. If you have specific fruits or sweets you want to use, I am happy to work with them. If you prefer a hands-off approach, I can arrange everything from the packing to the final placement. My pricing depends on the scale—typically ranging from ₹5500 for standard 11-15 plate sets to ₹12000 for larger, premium 21-31 plate arrangements that include motorized rotating dolls and exotic floral setups. Whatever your budget, we will find a way to make it look special.
Clients often tell me, "Tumba chennagide!" (It is very nice!), and that is the real reward for my hard work. I am here to listen to your requirements and ensure your function looks exactly how you imagined.
Chetana
I am Chetana, and I believe decorating for a seemantham is about celebrating your family's new beginning. As a mother of twins, I understand the emotions behind these ceremonies. I do not just set up decor; I try to make the function feel as warm and joyful as if it were for my own.
