Elegant Baby Shower & Seemantha Decor
I design every Seemantha and baby shower to feel warm, personal, and beautiful. Whether you want a traditional bale shastra with fresh jasmine and lotus or a modern, pastel-themed shower, I focus on the little details that make your day special.
Nothing makes me happier than a happy client. Hearing "Tumba chennagi maadidira" from actress Milana Nagaraj and Darling Krishna after seeing their baby shower decor was the best reward.
For this traditional baby shower, I created a custom backdrop featuring a grid of bangles to match the bride's saree, set against banana leaves and lotus cutouts. We also included elephant props and traditional dolls.
A throwback to the beautiful Seemantha decor for actress Aditi Prabhudeva. I used a stunning floral tree backdrop made of pink and green flowers, with elegant silver chairs for the couple.

This was a traditional baby shower where I used a checkerboard floral wall of yellow and white chrysanthemums with small temple bells. The entrance was also decorated with marigold garlands for a festive welcome.
Here is a behind the scenes look at the setup for Milana's baby shower. My team is carefully hanging temple bells, lotus flowers, and orchid garlands from the suspended roof to create a dense, elegant floral ceiling.
A modern and cute "Oh Baby" shower theme. I used pastel rainbow colors, lots of balloons, and a comfortable peacock chair for the mother-to-be, creating a sweet and celebratory outdoor setup.
About this collection
My process starts with a 2D sketch so you know exactly what you are getting before we even pick up a flower. For baby showers and Seemantha, I spend time on the small stuff, like folding lotus petals individually or creating a custom bangle grid that perfectly matches the color of your silk saree, because those are the details that turn a simple ceremony into a beautiful memory.
Your Vision, My Execution
I believe that every baby shower or Seemantha (bale shastra) tells a story. My goal is to make sure your decor reflects your personality, whether that is rooted in tradition or leaning into a modern theme.
Traditional Seemantha & Bale Shastra If you want that classic festive vibe, I work with traditional elements. Think banana leaves, sugarcane, and paddy stalks mixed with fragrant fresh flowers like Jasmine (Mallige) and Tuberose (Sugandharaja). I love setting up brass urulis with floating flowers and diyas to create a calm, temple-like atmosphere. I can also design custom backdrops, such as a floral grid featuring temple bells or a wall adorned with traditional bangles that match your saree.
Modern Baby Showers If you prefer something contemporary, I can bring that to life too. We can do an 'Oh Baby' theme with pastel balloons, custom neon signage, and comfortable seating like a peacock chair for the mother-to-be. These setups are great for outdoor spaces or banquet halls and offer a fun, celebratory look while still feeling elegant.
How We Work Together
- Consultation: We discuss your theme, your favorite flowers, and your venue space.
- The 2D Plan: I translate your ideas into a sketch. You see the concept before we build anything.
- The Setup: My team and I handle everything on the day, from the suspended floral ceilings to the final placement of props. We aim for zero stress for you.
Everything I do is about making the space feel special for your family ritual. If you have a specific color palette or a cultural tradition you want to highlight, let's talk about it.
