A selection of my signature entremets—layered desserts where precise French technique meets fresh, intentional flavors.

What makes a French entremet different from a regular cake? It is an experience of multiple, intentionally paired flavors and textures. I craft each one with layers of silky mousse, tangy fruit compotes, and nutty pralines so that every single bite brings something new and delightful.

This is my celebration of two beloved flavors, mango and rasmalai. I layer a soft vanilla sponge with a golden mango insert, then wrap it in a delicate rasmalai mousse infused with cardamom and pistachio. It is a fragrant, creamy, and light dessert that brings together French technique and Indian nostalgia.

For the true chocolate lover, my Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Brownie entremet is pure indulgence. I build this cake with rich layers of dark Belgian chocolate mousse, a gooey house-made salted caramel, a moist chocolate brownie base, and a final crunch from a French biscuit layer.

It’s pink, it’s shiny, and it tastes like a dream. This is my Vanilla Strawberry entremet, created for those who love desserts that are elegant and not too sweet. I pair a delicate vanilla mousse made with pure dairy cream with a fresh strawberry compote that I cook in my own kitchen.

My mini entremet cakes are perfect for small gatherings, house parties, and intimate celebrations. This video shows an assorted collection, each a bite-sized cube of my signature layered desserts, finished with a soft velvet spray and delicate gold leaf. They are a beautiful way to sample different flavors.

At my patisserie, I do not hold back on fillings. This video shows how I generously pack my chocolate cakes with layers of Pistachio Kunafa, Ferrero Rocher, and Hazelnut Praline. Every slice is abundant because I believe chocolate cakes should always be extraordinary.

A French entremet is only as good as what goes inside. I use the finest ingredients like Belgian chocolate, Turkish pistachios, and pure dairy cream. Every compote, crumble, and praline is made fresh in my kitchen with no preservatives, because you can taste the difference.
