What Makes Our Entremets Different
I don’t do regular cakes here. My Gourmet French Entremets are all about layers, textures, and flavours that actually stand out. Every entremet is 100% eggless, so everyone can dig in. I keep them ‘not too sweet’ - you’ll taste the real stuff, not just sugar.
Layers, Textures, and Craft
Each entremet is a mix of:
- Rich brownie or biscuit base
- Silky mousse (think Belgian chocolate mousse cake)
- Fruity compote or tangy centre
- Crunchy praline or biscuit
- Finished with a shiny mirror glaze or soft velvet spray, plus handmade chocolate bits
I make everything fresh in my kitchen - from the nut pralines to the fruit compotes. No shortcuts, no preservatives.
Ingredients That Matter
I’m picky about what goes in:
- Belgian chocolate, pure dairy cream (no fake stuff)
- Roasted Turkish nuts
- Real fruits for all compotes and fillings
- No artificial flavours

My Story
