I’ve made gravity-defying cake designs, kinetic cake art with spinning castles and flapping wings, and cakes that light up for superhero battles or enchanted forests. Sometimes, I even make elements float above the cake - yes, really.

Taste Comes First
I’m big on fondant-free celebration cakes. Most of my designs use buttercream or white chocolate ganache, so you get art without the sugar overload. But if you want intricate sculptures, I’m all in - every detail is handmade, right down to hundreds of edible pearls.
How I Work
I need time to get things perfect. Sponges rest, frosting sets in layers, and every tiny detail is done by hand. Rushing isn’t my style.

My Story
Once, I dreamt of baking a cake so tall, I’d need a ladder - and yeah, we did it, five feet high, glowing, in less than a day. My team? Total ninjas. We say yes first, figure it out later.
