My journey started 30 years ago, spending 16 of those years inside the intense, high-pressure environment of 5-star hotel kitchens. In 2012, I started Cuisineo because I saw a gap in the market. People wanted that same high-quality, professional food service for their private events—weddings, birthday parties, or corporate gatherings—without the hassle of dealing with multiple vendors.
Our philosophy is simple: Khana mehanga nahi, MAZEDAAR hona chaiye. Food shouldn't just be expensive or fancy; it must be delicious. We achieve this by sourcing premium ingredients from reputed vendors. Whether it is a traditional North Indian buffet or an interactive live sushi bar, we maintain the same level of care and hygiene.
