Meet the Team Behind Cuisineo Catering

When you book us, you are not just hiring a faceless catering agency. You get me, Chef Nitin, personally overseeing the kitchen, and my wife, Chitraa, managing the logistics and vendor coordination. We believe in showing up 3 to 4 hours before the event starts because that is the only way to ensure the setup is seamless and the service is stress-free before your first guest arrives.

My journey with food spans over 30 years, including 16 years spent in 5-star hotel kitchens. When I launched Cuisineo in 2012, I did not want to be just another service provider. I wanted to change the way catering works in Delhi NCR by bringing hospitality discipline to private events.

The Core Team

The real backbone of Cuisineo is my wife, Chitraa. While I focus on the culinary craft—ensuring the flavors are authentic and the ingredients are top-tier—she handles the operational chaos. Whether it is coordinating with vendors for a large event or managing the minute details of an intimate home dinner, she makes sure the backend is as polished as the food on your plate.
