I don't just send a team and disappear. At every home event, I personally oversee the setup, from the bar to the buffet, because I know that tiny details—like the temperature of the starters or the flow of the buffet—are what actually make a party work. When you book us, you aren't just getting food, you are getting my 30 years of kitchen experience to make sure your hosting is completely stress-free.
Hosting at home can be exhausting if you are managing the kitchen, the drinks, and the cleaning all at once. My approach is simple: I take all that off your plate. We arrive 3 to 4 hours before your guests walk in, setting up our own high-quality bone china crockery, uniformed staff, and even a full-service bar if that is what your evening needs.
My menus are built for the occasion. If you want a mix of Purani Dilli Dilli chaat and Italian pasta for a milestone birthday, we make it happen. I use premium ingredients from trusted vendors because, as I always say, 'Khana mehanga nahi, MAZEDAAR hona chaiye' (Food shouldn't just be expensive, it should be delicious).
