Having trained in ITC kitchens, we apply a disciplined, technique-driven approach to every ingredient. Our team is led by Chef Lalit Tuli, who manages the flavour profiles and kitchen operations, while Sakshi Tuli directs the visual aesthetics and food styling. This division of labor allows us to offer a dual promise: deep, authentic North Indian tastes combined with modern, clean presentation.
