Drop-off Party Trays (No Service)
Logistics & Format
- Delivery Mode: Pre-plated or bulk food delivered in premium, microwave-safe disposable containers.
- Service Level: Drop-off only. Zero service staff provided. You serve guests directly.
- Usage: Ready to eat containers; eliminates the need for renting crockery or hiring cleaners.

- Appetizers: 3 to 4 varieties (Mix of Indian Tandoori and Continental like Chicken Tikka or Spring Rolls).
- Mains: 2 Main courses (1 Gravy item like Paneer/Chicken + 1 Dry Veg or Dal).
- Essentials: Assorted Breads (Rotis/Naans), Rice dish (Biryani/Pulao), Green Salad, Dips, and Chutneys.
- Dessert: 1 option (e.g., Gulab Jamun or Brownie).

- Equipment: Standard stainless steel or roll-top chafing dishes arranged on tables with basic linen.
- Staffing: Uniformed waiters (waistcoats/ties) provided at a 1:20 guest ratio for floating service and clearance.
- Crockery: Good quality Melamine or Ceramic plates with stainless steel cutlery.
- Logistics: Includes transport of equipment, setup, and post-event cleaning.

- Welcome Drinks: 2 Mocktails circulated on trays.
- Appetizers: 4 to 5 pass-around items (3 Veg + 2 Non-Veg including Tikkas and Sliders).
- Mains: 5 to 6 dishes focusing on North Indian staples (Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Seasonal Veg).
- Dessert: 2 options (Hot and Cold combination).
- Sides: Assorted Breads, Salad Bar, Raita, Pickle, Papad, and 200ml water bottles.

- Live Cooking: 2 to 3 interactive counters (Authentic Pasta, Sushi Bar, or Dilli 6 style Chaat).

- Staffing: Higher staff-to-guest ratio (1:12) with experienced Captains/Supervisors.
- Bartending: Professional bartender included with glassware and basic mixers (soda/ice). Client provides liquor.

- Extended Appetizers: 6 to 8 heavy snacks featuring premium proteins (Fish Orly, Mutton Seekh) and exotic veg.
- Mains: Multi-cuisine spread with Oriental gravies, Continental bakes, and rich Indian curries (Mutton Rogan Josh).

I’ve spent decades in kitchens, from luxury hotels to small gatherings. What I always felt? Khana bas mehanga nahi, mazedaar hona chaiye (Food shouldn’t just be expensive, it should be delicious). That’s the heart of Cuisineo.

I’ve catered intimate dinners for 10, and wild weddings for 1000. House parties, birthdays, mehandi-sangeet, card parties, or those random weekend get-togethers - we’ve handled them all. We even do set-ups for Greh Pravesh and full bar at home.

My Story
Hi, I’m Chef Nitin Sharma and Cuisineo is my passion project. Been cooking up stories and food for 30 years, half of those in 5-star kitchens, India se leke abroad tak (from India to abroad). Maa ki recipes se lekar hotel ki technique tak sab kuch seekha (learnt everything from mom’s recipes to hotel techniques). We show up early, 3-4 hours before, so you chill and enjoy. Reliable catering is our thing. Food isn’t just food—it's experience.
