The Group Class Experience
Our group reformer classes are the heart of our studio. With a maximum of 5 clients per session, you get the perfect blend of personalized instruction and group motivation, ensuring a workout that is both safe and challenging.

Your core is the powerhouse of your body. We focus on strengthening deep abdominal muscles like the transverse abdominis to build a stable center, which improves posture, balance, and all functional movements.
Flexibility & Full-Body Toning
Our classes go beyond the core to deliver a complete workout. We use the reformer to lengthen and strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility, and sculpt your entire body from arms and legs to your back.
Advanced & Aerial Movements
For those ready to take their practice to the next level, we offer advanced and aerial exercises on the Cadillac and reformer. These movements build exceptional strength, body awareness, and control in a fun, challenging way.
Workouts with Accessories
We love to mix things up by incorporating accessories like the Magic Circle, stability balls, and the Pilates box. These tools add variety, challenge stability, and help target specific muscle groups for a more dynamic workout.
