I’m not just a trainer; I’m someone who rebuilt my own body after multiple injuries. Whether it’s trekking to Everest Base Camp or finding strength in the everyday, I’m here to show you that your limits are just beliefs you haven't challenged yet.
This is me, Deepa. My fitness journey started after serious injuries ended my MMA career. That setback pushed me to learn everything about the human body, and now I use that knowledge to help others build strength safely. From trekking to Everest Base Camp to becoming a certified coach, I'm here to help you on your own fitness journey.
About About Me
If you are training with me, do not expect a drill sergeant barking orders. My approach is born from my own history with ACL tears and joint injuries, so I know exactly what it feels like to have a body that says no. We focus on mobility and functional movement that actually sticks, using whatever space and gear you have at home to build lasting strength.
My coaching style isn’t about hitting a random number on a scale. It’s about building a body that survives and enjoys the adventure. I spent years in the MMA ring, pushed my joints to their absolute limit, and paid the price with injuries that forced me to restart. That wasn’t the end; it was the beginning.
I believe in training that respects your history, not just your goals. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain, trying to prep for a marathon, or planning your first trek to Everest Base Camp, the principles remain the same. We focus on:
- Functional Mobility: Before we lift heavy, we make sure you can move correctly. We fix pelvic tilts, spinal alignment, and those tight hips that keep you from performing.
- Injury Prevention: I’ve learned the hard way that 'no pain, no gain' is a lie. We train for longevity, focusing on ACL and meniscus stabilization cues that keep your knees happy.
- Mental Resilience: Adventure fitness is 50 percent physical and 50 percent mental. I help you cultivate the discipline to show up, even on days when your body feels tired.
I work with clients across Delhi NCR for in-person functional conditioning, and I offer 1-on-1 online endurance coaching for those who need a structured plan, regardless of their location. You don't need a fancy gym to get strong. You just need a plan that works for you, not against you.
