This is the first thing you see. It’s a snapshot of my story and what I can help you achieve. From rebuilding my own body after major injuries to standing on top of the world, this is what it means to train for adventure.
High-Altitude Trekking & Mountaineering
Reaching summits like Everest Base Camp requires serious preparation. I focus on building high-altitude endurance, functional strength for carrying packs, and the mental resilience needed for multi-day expeditions. My experience at the Nehru Institute of Mountaineering (NIM) informs the technical aspects of our training.
Winter Treks & Snow Adventures
I guide clients in preparing for the unique challenges of winter treks like Kedarkantha and Kuari Pass. Training covers navigating snow and ice, managing cold weather conditions, and building the specific leg and core strength required for snowy ascents.
Strength & Conditioning for the Outdoors
Adventure fitness is more than just cardio. My programs build practical, full-body strength using a mix of weight training, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements to prevent injury and improve performance on the trail or road.
Solo Journeys & Trail Life
Traveling solo has taught me resilience and the importance of being present. These are moments from my backpacking trips across different terrains, from the mountains to the coast, showing that adventure is a mindset you can take anywhere.
About Me
My journey from multiple injuries to becoming an endurance coach is the foundation of my training philosophy. I believe in building a strong, resilient body and mind, and I use my own experiences to help you overcome your limits.
