Discipline is not something you are born with, it is built through steady practice. My junior batches combine traditional Karate techniques with mental focus to make kids strong from the start. No shortcuts, just daily progress.

Training the mind is as important as training the body. Here, my youngest students are reciting the Hanuman Chalisa to build focus and inner peace.

About Bachpan Se Mazboot

I do not just focus on kicks and punches. In these sessions, we start by sitting in silence, often reciting the Hanuman Chalisa, to train the mind before the body. It keeps the kids grounded and builds the focus they need for every other part of their training, from simple blocks to sparring.

Building Discipline from Day One

Many parents come to me looking for a way to manage their child's energy. I tell them the same thing: karate is not about violence, it is about control. My training at the Karate Gurukul is designed to turn that restless energy into focus and respect.

Why this training matters

  • Physical Foundation: We focus on correct posture, balance, and coordination using standard EVA foam puzzle mats to ensure safety.
  • Mental Grit: It is not always fun. Some days are hard. That is the point. I teach them that if they push through a difficult drill, they can push through difficult situations in life.
  • Traditional Values: By combining physical drills with moments of stillness and prayer, we teach kids to respect their elders, their teachers, and themselves.

What we cover

We keep the curriculum simple but effective for growing bodies. We focus on basic striking drills using air and focus pads, safe falling techniques, and partner-assisted conditioning. There are no gimmicks here—just a consistent 3 to 5 days a week of training that builds stamina and character over time. If you want your child to learn how to stand tall, respect tradition, and defend themselves when needed, you will find a place for them here.

I am Sikandar Phore. I started this Gurukul because I believe today's generation needs more grit and less screen time. I train kids like I would train a champion—with respect, tradition, and a lot of hard work.
