Karate and Self-Defense Training for Girls and Women
I run dedicated batches for women to become fearless and self-reliant. Here, we skip the fluff and focus on real-world protection skills that build physical and mental strength.
Here I am with one of my senior female students. She is a red belt, a symbol of her dedication and advanced skill in Karate.
With one of my senior female athletes and other officials. We provide a supportive environment for women to excel in martial arts.

About Ladkiyon Aur Mahilaon Ke Liye
You do not need a fancy uniform or prior experience to walk through my door. We focus on real-world escape techniques and striking vital points rather than just sport sparring. Whether you want to gain physical confidence or learn how to handle street harassment, the training is practical and demands your full focus. Come ready to sweat and learn skills that keep you safe.
No Shortcuts to Strength
I believe in teaching skills that actually work when you need them. My women's self-defense program is not about winning medals or memorizing fancy patterns. It is about conditioning your body and mind to stay calm when things get tough. We train in a straightforward environment in Najafgarh, focusing on what matters—your safety and confidence.
The Survival Curriculum
My training methodology is built on simplicity and effectiveness:
- Escape Maneuvers: You will learn how to break free from wrist grabs, chokeholds, and hair grabs. We practice these until they become muscle memory.
- Vital Point Striking: I teach you how to use your own strength to strike soft targets like eyes, throat, and the groin. It is about stopping a threat, not fighting for points.
- Situational Awareness: We run drills that simulate harassment scenarios. You need to know when to leave a place and how to manage the freeze response when you are scared.
Batch Details
We keep these sessions focused on women. You can train in simple sportswear like track pants and a t-shirt; no Karate Gi is required at the start. We meet three times a week for 60-minute sessions. My goal is to make sure every student who leaves my Gurukul walks out with the confidence that they can handle themselves.
Sikandar Phore
I am Sikandar Phore, and I run my Gurukul with one rule: hard work. I do not believe in shortcuts or sweet talk, just teaching you how to protect yourself and stand tall. If you are ready to put in the effort, my door is open.
