We start training children from age 2.5, building focus and coordination through fun, disciplined drills. See how our little warriors learn the art of karate in a supportive, family-first environment.

A look at our beginners' class in action. Students learn basic karate stances and movements, developing coordination and focus in a group setting.

Glimpses from a recent belt test for our younger students. They are demonstrating their knowledge of fundamental karate forms and techniques with great concentration.

From basic stances to dynamic kicks, our belt tests are a comprehensive evaluation of a student's progress. Here, young karatekas show their skills.

Practice makes perfect. Our young students work together to master their basic forms, learning the importance of synchronized movement and discipline.

Building agility and coordination is key. Here, a young student practices jumping over a partner, a drill that improves body control and trust among students.

Flexibility is fundamental to martial arts. This young student demonstrates an impressive full split, a result of consistent practice in our stretching and conditioning drills.

We incorporate dynamic exercises like cartwheels into our training. This helps build agility, core strength, and spatial awareness in a fun way.

Our training includes a variety of conditioning exercises. Students are seen here doing hurdle jumps and deep leg stretches to improve their explosive power and flexibility.

Every class begins with a proper warm up to prepare the body for training. Students are guided through a series of movements to increase blood flow and prevent injury.

About The Young Champions: Karate for Kids

We don't just teach kicks and punches; we focus on 'Kihon' (basics) to build a solid foundation. Your child will go through structured agility drills, hurdle jumps, and flexibility exercises that make fitness feel like play. In our 60-minute sessions, we keep group sizes small, ensuring every child gets the attention needed to master their forms safely.

At Tatpar Activity Classes, we believe that the journey to a black belt starts with the very first step. Our kids' martial arts program in Vijay Enclave and Palam is designed to cultivate discipline, confidence, and respect—values that carry over into school and home life.

We start training children as young as 2.5 years old, using play-based learning to improve coordination and focus. As they progress, the training becomes more structured, incorporating Shotokan Karate basics, Kata (forms), and controlled Kumite (sparring). We emphasize the mantra 'Practice, Practice, Practice' to build muscle memory and technique.

Safety is our priority. Every class begins with warm-ups to prevent injury, followed by drills that improve agility and spatial awareness. Your child will learn in a disciplined, yet supportive 'Tatpar Parivar' environment where we celebrate every belt promotion and milestone together. Whether your child is interested in learning self-defense or simply needs a high-energy activity to build strength, our classes offer a balanced approach. We offer flexible scheduling, with classes held three times a week for one hour per session.
