Whether you are chasing your first grade or crushing advanced 7A routes, join our community at Delhi Rock for daily bouldering. Let's find your rhythm on the wall.

We're always excited to try the new routes set at the gym. Here you can see me testing out a fresh problem on the rainbow wall, followed by a celebration with the crew. Every session brings a new challenge.

A newly set route on one of the more vertical walls. This kind of climb is great for focusing on balance and precise foot placement, which are fundamental skills for every climber.

Tackling a steep overhang requires serious core strength and technique. I teach you how to use your body tension and position your feet to stick to the wall even when it gets tough.

For my advanced climbers, we work on smashing through grades like this 7A problem. This route involves powerful moves, technical holds, and a lot of problem solving before you even get on the wall.

This is what I love about climbing. Two different climbers can solve the same route using completely different styles and body movements. I'll help you discover your own unique climbing groove that works best for you.

"Koi baat nahi, phir se shuruwaat karege." This is my life philosophy. Falling is part of the process, and sometimes losing is a blessing because it teaches you how to get back up and try again with more knowledge.

This route is a perfect example of a climb that requires a combination of balance and coordination. It’s less about pure power and more about how smoothly you can transition your weight from one hold to the next.

Here you can see a couple of climbers working on different problems on the same wall. Our sessions often have this friendly atmosphere where everyone is focused on their own goals but also ready to cheer each other on.

This wooden wall has a variety of holds that test your grip strength and precision. We use routes like this to build finger strength and practice different types of grips, from crimps to slopers.

A dynamic move, or 'dyno', between holds on an overhanging section of the wall. This is an advanced technique we can build up to, focusing on generating power from your legs and hips.
