Custom Ceramic Tableware for Restaurants & Cafes
I craft handmade, durable stoneware designed to carry your brand's unique character. From the first sketch to the final glaze, each piece is shaped in my Prabhadevi studio to make your guests feel right at home.
This custom plate and dip bowl set was created for EKA Whole Food Cafe. The earthy green glaze and organic shapes are designed to match their soulful, whole-food menu and aesthetic.
A dish is an experience, and the plate is part of that story. This rustic, square platter was customized for a restaurant in Goa, designed to handle daily service while elevating the presentation of their food.

This simple, elegant plate with a raised edge is perfect for a romantic dinner setting. I can create entire dinnerware sets, including matching tumblers or carafes, to create a cohesive look for your establishment.
Here is a batch of custom-branded caddies for Baoji Asian Cafe, fresh from the studio. These stoneware pieces are built for durability and are perfect for holding cutlery, napkins, or condiments.
While I often create branded items, I also craft pieces with custom messages. This caddy, with the quote "Family is the key to happiness," shows the versatility of personalizing ceramics for any theme.
A fresh salad served in one of my hand-painted bowls. The black stripes add a modern, graphic touch to the earthy stoneware, creating a beautiful contrast with the vibrant food.
This photo showcases a complete serving set I created for a restaurant project at Kalliste, Goa. It includes a large platter and smaller dip bowls, all designed to work together for a shared mezze-style meal.
This personalized appetizer plate, with its beautiful green speckled glaze, is ideal for serving starters or desserts. I offer a range of colors and can customize them to fit your restaurant's decor.
My handmade pasta bowls are a popular choice for restaurants. They are crafted from durable stoneware clay, making them microwave and dishwasher safe for the demands of a professional kitchen.
About Custom Tableware for Restaurants & Cafes
When you commission tableware, we don't just pick a shape. We align the weight, glaze finish, and ergonomic grip of the pottery with the specific needs of your kitchen workflow. Whether you need stackable bowls that handle a busy rush or reactive glazes that make your signature dishes pop, I design these pieces to withstand daily commercial use while keeping the organic, human touch of handmade stoneware.
Bringing Your Vision to the Table
I understand that for a restaurant or cafe, tableware is not just functional; it is a part of the guest's sensory experience. My work starts with high-fired stoneware clay, engineered specifically for the demands of hospitality environments. This ensures your pieces are resistant to chips and can handle the rigorous cycles of a microwave and dishwasher.
The Customization Process
Every project is a collaboration. We begin with a design session where we look at your menu, your interior aesthetic, and how you want your food to be presented. We can discuss:
- Form and Function: Whether you need standard quarter plates, deep soup bowls, or specialty platters, I adjust the geometry to fit your serving requirements.
- Branding: We can incorporate your logo through embossing or stamping directly onto the clay.
- Finishing: From minimalist matte glazes to bold, hand-painted Sgraffito motifs, we define a finish that complements your brand identity.
Practical Logistics
Because I handcraft each item in my Prabhadevi studio, I maintain full control over the quality. I generally require a production lead time of 4 to 8 weeks to account for the drying, bisque firing, and glaze firing stages required to create professional-grade ceramics. I recommend reaching out at least two months before your planned opening or menu refresh to ensure we have ample time to prototype and produce your order.
If you have a specific vision for your restaurant or cafe, let's connect. I would love to hear about your food and help you build a collection that feels uniquely yours.
