The secret to our kids' classes isn't just the tumbling; it's the crash mats and expert spotter support. We break complex movements like back handsprings down into tiny, safe steps so every child gets the confidence boost of landing a move properly before ever attempting anything advanced.
Why Kids Love Our Movement Classes
We believe fitness should be a byproduct, not the primary goal. At Chaos Faktory, we teach 'Junior Ninja' skills—where gymnastics meets obstacle training. It is swalpa fun, swalpa focus. Your child isn't just learning to flip; they are building spatial awareness, core strength, and the grit to try again when they fail.
Our Safety-First Approach
Parents often worry about the 'flips' part of our program. We eliminate the risk by using:
- High-density vinyl crash mats: We have thick landing zones for every drill.
- Instructor-led spotting: No child is left to figure out a move alone. We physically assist with handstands, rolls, and cartwheels until the form is perfect.
- Step-by-step progressions: We start on the floor. Only when a child masters the basics like forward rolls and balance do we introduce more complex movements on bars or higher boxes.
What They Actually Learn
- Foundational Gymnastics: Cartwheels, handstands, and bridges to build flexibility.
- Acrobatics: Progression to flips using foam pits and assisted drills.
- Strength Training: Climbing, swinging, and L-sits to build functional muscle.
Whether your child is 6 or 12, our sessions are designed to burn energy while teaching them to move smart. We are located in HSR Layout and run weekend and weekday batches specifically for the Junior Ninja program. Come by for a session and watch them turn their energy into real skills.
