See how we put our coaching philosophy into practice. Our sessions mix multi-shuttle training, footwork drills, and rally simulations to build your speed, skill, stamina, strength, and spirit on the court.

This is what dedication looks like on the court. Our multi-shuttle drills are designed to sharpen reflexes, improve shot accuracy, and build the stamina needed to dominate every rally. We focus on intense, repetitive practice to make excellence a habit.

From basic footwork to rally practice, this video montage shows our students at the BSNL Dadar center going through various drills. Every session is a step towards becoming a better player.

Our advanced batch training is where good players become great. This video shows an intense doubles drill focusing on quick exchanges, powerful attacks, and solid defense, preparing our athletes for high-pressure match situations.

Defense is key in doubles. Here, our players practice a defensive wall drill, learning to anticipate smashes and return them effectively. This drill builds quick reflexes and strong teamwork.

This multi-shuttle drill focuses on a combination of smash, tap, and full-court movement. It's a high-intensity workout designed to improve attacking skills and court coverage for our players.

Watch our young player at the Rustom Baug center practicing his footwork and strokes. We believe in starting early and building a strong foundation, one drill at a time.

About this collection

Here, we don't just rally; we drill. At our BSNL Dadar and Byculla centers, you will find our coaches actively feeding multi-shuttles to correct your form in real-time. Whether it's the defensive wall drill or high-intensity footwork, these sessions are designed to break bad habits and build the specific muscle memory required for match play.

Our training methodology is rooted in the 5 'S's: Speed, Skill, Stamina, Strength, and Spirit. We don't believe in generic practice; we believe in structured, purposeful training.

The Drill Progression

We follow a strict progression for every level. Beginners spend time on the four main grips, toss, drop, smash, and essential court movement. For those in our intermediate and advanced batches, the intensity spikes. We use high-volume multi-shuttle feeding to force fast-twitch reflexes and improve your defensive capabilities.

Why Our Approach Works

  • Doubles Defense: Our 2-on-1 drills are non-negotiable. They teach you to hold your ground against smashes and transition quickly from defense to attack.
  • Footwork Focus: Proper footwork is the difference between a winning smash and a lost point. We incorporate shadow practice and agility ladders to ensure your movement is automatic.
  • Tactical Play: We simulate match pressure so you aren't surprised during tournaments.

Training Logistics

Our BSNL Dadar facility features a professional Yonex mat court. Because of this surface, we are very strict about footwear—non-marking gum sole shoes are mandatory. This isn't just a rule; it's about protecting the court and ensuring your safety during high-impact lunges.

Whether you are training for fitness or preparing for the state-level competitive circuit, every minute on our court is designed to help you hit success.
