For instance, our para-badminton training—conducted at our Dadar center—has produced state-level gold medalists. Similarly, our competitive circuit training includes 120+ minute sessions with feather shuttle drills and high-intensity reflex work, which is exactly how our players prepare for Open Men’s and Mixed Doubles victories.

From the 20-minute agility ladder warm-ups to the tactical breakdown of singles and doubles positioning, everything we do in practice is aimed at making you tournament-ready.
