About Intensive On-Court Training

We don't just stand around hitting shuttles. My intensive sessions rely on multi-shuttle feeding drills that force you to move faster and react sharper. You will be sweating, but that is the only way to build the muscle memory and court coverage required to outplay your opponent when it counts.
