Training involves a mix of different scenarios. This session combines net play practice with back-court drills to ensure players are prepared for both defensive and offensive situations during a match.
A look inside a training session at my Badlapur academy. We focus on agility and speed with drills that simulate real-game movements, helping players improve their reaction time and court coverage.
Becoming a better player happens on and off the court. My training philosophy emphasizes discipline, from practicing your serve to taking care of the equipment and supporting your teammates.

Whether it's fixing your smash angle or speeding up your reaction time, my focus is purely on technical correction and physical conditioning to make you a tougher player, point after point.

We start with mental conditioning—breathing and meditation—before even picking up a racket. A calm mind allows for sharp focus. Once you are on the court, we move into high-intensity drills:
- Multi-Shuttle Drills: I use these to perfect your stroke mechanics, from net play to back-court smashes.
- Agility & Footwork: Quick feet are the difference between reaching a smash and missing it. You have to move fast.
- Strength & Conditioning: Box drills, ladder work, and core exercises ensure your body has the stamina to last a full match.
Where We Train I operate across Navi Mumbai, bringing professional-grade training to your doorstep. You will find my academy in Nerul at Army CHS, Vashi at NMSA and Merchant's Gymkhana, Badlapur at SVH Sports Academy, and Kalyan at Godrej Hill. Each location is equipped with indoor courts—wooden or synthetic—where lighting and surface quality are tailored for serious play.
