This is the vibe of my class. A full studio of people moving together, sweating it out, and just having a great time. We are dancing to a high-energy Tamil Kuthu song in this group fitness session.

My Bollywood Dhamaka sessions are all about celebrating the biggest hits. Here, the whole crew is jumping and grooving to 'Arabic Kuthu', a song with infectious energy that makes you forget you are even exercising.

What you don’t see in the photos is the intensity level—we burn 500 to 700 calories in a standard 60-minute session. My classes at Cult Bellandur and other city studios use professional sprung wood flooring to keep your joints safe while we go all out. It gets real sweaty, real fast, so come prepared with your energy levels maxed out and a water bottle ready.
My sessions are built on the 'Fullu Jolly' philosophy. Whether we are doing Bollywood Dhamaka or Southern Blast, the goal is to make you forget you are exercising. We follow a specific flow: high-energy cardio interval training that mixes Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, and international pop hits.
We aren't just moving to music; we are training. I am CPR certified, so while I push you to try that new step, safety is the first priority. Newbies are always welcome. If you can move, you belong here. The vibe is zero-judgment. Everyone—regardless of age or fitness level—is part of the crew.
The best part happens at the end of class. We don’t just walk out; we hold a dedicated 10-15 minute segment to shoot reels. This is where we show off the steps we learned, have a laugh, and document the win. It’s about building a community where fitness feels like an afterthought to having a great time.
