About Joyrides & Young Riders
We handle the transition to independent riding carefully. If your child is under six, they experience our arena joyrides at a walking pace with a handler strictly holding the lead rope for the full 20 minutes. For those six and up, we shift to structured training with our NCC coaches, prioritizing posture, balance, and the basic commands—start, stop, and turn—before moving to independent riding.
Safety and Coaching
Safety is the foundation of everything we do at our Gwal Pahari facility. Every young rider is provided with a sanitized equestrian helmet, and our NCC-trained coaches ensure that the training is age-appropriate and focused on skill-building rather than just speed. We believe that learning to ride is as much about character building and empathy as it is about equestrian sports.
The Arena Experience
Our enclosed sand arena offers a controlled, distraction-free environment for kids to learn. For beginners, this means they can focus entirely on their interaction with the horse without navigating outdoor trails or unpredictable terrain. It is the perfect place to build the 'soulful connection' we talk about, allowing the child to bond with calm, well-trained horses like Zorawar and Akira.
