Monthly Full Horse Lease
Exclusive Access
- dedicated Horse: 'Ownership' rights to one specific Indian Thoroughbred (Gelding or Mare) for the lease duration.
- Availability: 6 days a week riding availability (Mondays are rest days).
- Facilities: Unlimited riding slots during operational hours (6 AM - 9 AM / 4 PM - 7 PM) with full access to dressage arena and jumping course.
Care & Maintenance
- Full Livery: Covers stabling, green and dry fodder, high-nutrition concentrates, and electricity.
- Staffing: Includes professional groom (Syce) for tacking, untacking, bathing, and daily massage.
- Medical & Farrier: Includes routine shoeing/trimming (every 4-6 weeks) and basic supplements.
Training & Equipment
- Horse Level: Suitable for Intermediate to Advanced riders with capabilities ranging from flatwork to 100cm show jumping.
- Tack Included: Usage of standard schooling tack including General Purpose saddle, bridle, numnah, and girth.
Sport Horse Purchase
The Animal
- Breed: Indian Thoroughbred (Ex-racehorse or sport-bred) with verified parentage.
- Specs: Height typically 15hh to 16.2hh; age ranges from 4 to 12 years.
- Training Status: Ranges from Green horses (basic walk-trot-canter) to Schoolmasters (competition-ready for 1.0m+ jumping).
Documentation & Health
- Identification: Includes EFI (Equestrian Federation of India) or Club Passport with microchip and silhouette details.
- Medical Records: Up-to-date vaccination history (Equine Influenza, Tetanus) and deworming schedule.
Purchase Benefits
- Trial: Includes 2-3 trial rides at the facility to ensure rider compatibility before commitment.
- Vetting Rights: Buyer allowed to arrange external veterinary exams (cost borne by buyer).
- Post-Purchase: Assistance with ownership transfer paperwork and guaranteed priority for stabling spots at the facility.

My Story
Namaste Gurgaon! We made CanterWoods for folks who want to chill with horses and just breathe for a bit. City ke shor se door (far from city noise), it’s our little hidden spot. Here, you meet horses like Zorawar and Akira, not just ride them. We’ve got dogs, ducks, rabbits running around too. Kids, pros, families—sab aate hain yahan (everyone comes here). It’s all about finding that soulful connection, with animals and with yourself.
