We offer a 4.5-acre equestrian venue near Gurgaon for events and shoots with horses, farm animals, open lawns, and custom setups you won’t find in regular banquet halls.

Photoshoot Access & Horse Rental
Access Details
- Duration: 2-hour exclusive slot for photography or videography.
- Locations: Access to dirt arenas, stable corridors, lawns, and paddock fencing.
- Amenities: Use of a basic changing room for outfit changes.
Horse & Support
- Animal: 1 groomed Thoroughbred or Warmblood horse provided for 45-60 minutes.
- Staff: 1 dedicated handler to manage the horse and assist with positioning.
- Equipment: Standard English tack (saddle/bridle) or un-tacked setup as requested.
Usage Scope
- Permitted: Pre-wedding, maternity, or influencer content creation.
- Excluded: Large commercial crews require a separate custom quote.
Sunset Trail Ride & Private Dinner
The Ride
- Duration: 90-minute private guided trail ride through Aravali scrub forest.
- Safety: Helmets provided and horses led by handlers if riders are beginners.
Private Dining
- Setup: Secluded cabana on the lawns with white drapes, fairy lights, and hay-bale or cushioned seating.
- Decor: Candlelight styling, rose petals, and balloon accents for special occasions.
- Extras: Private Bluetooth speaker setup for music.
Food & Drinks
- Wine: 1 bottle of Chandon (or equivalent Indian sparkling wine).
- Menu: 3-course meal with cheese and fruit platter, wood-fired pizzas or pasta, and dessert.
- Service: Dedicated server for the duration of the dinner.
Lawn Rental & Pony Rides (30 Pax)
Venue & Setup
- Duration: 4-hour exclusive slot (Morning or Evening).
- Area: Use of the main party lawn adjacent to the stables.
- Furniture: Round tables with linens and banquet chairs for approximately 30 guests.
- Facilities: Access to washrooms, parking, and a basic sound system.
Entertainment
- Rides: 2 horses or ponies provided for short, handler-led joyrides.
- Activities: Petting and photo sessions with horses; access to farm animals (rabbits, ducks, hens).
Staffing
- Support: 2 horse handlers and 1 event coordinator onsite.
- Important: Food and beverages are charged separately per plate via the in-house cafe.

My Story
Namaste Gurgaon! We made CanterWoods for folks who want to chill with horses and just breathe for a bit. City ke shor se door (far from city noise), it’s our little hidden spot. Here, you meet horses like Zorawar and Akira, not just ride them. We’ve got dogs, ducks, rabbits running around too. Kids, pros, families—sab aate hain yahan (everyone comes here). It’s all about finding that soulful connection, with animals and with yourself.
