About CaliGirls: Strength has No Gender
You might think calisthenics is too tough for your daughter, but our training is built on progressions that anyone can follow. We replace heavy gym equipment with bodyweight fundamentals, helping girls build serious core and upper-body strength while making new friends in our Vikhroli batches.
We see girls arrive shy and leave as confident CaliGirls who know they can handle any challenge. Whether it is a simple push-up or a complex bar flow, we focus on the process, not just the result. Our trainers at our Vikhroli and Kanjurmarg parks teach that strength has no gender. We run specialized endurance circuits that build stamina and coordination, proving to every girl that she is capable of far more than she realizes. Our Saturday sessions emphasize flexibility and mental focus, ensuring a balanced approach to fitness. We do not use machines because we want our athletes to master their own bodies. Every girl in our program contributes to the CaliGang spirit, cheering each other on during every rep and hold. This is where your child learns to become her own superhero, moving from basics to beast mode in a safe, fun, and competitive environment. We track progress weekly with form checks, ensuring your daughter moves safely while pushing her limits.
