I treat every cake as a canvas. From hand-sculpted 3D figures to delicate wafer paper florals, I specialize in turning your specific ideas into detailed, edible masterpieces.

A closer look at the making of my Harry Potter cake. Each figurine is sculpted by hand with incredible attention to detail, from their robes and wands to the tiny expressions on their faces. It's truly edible art.

A cake fit for a chef. This small but mighty cake is decorated with dozens of miniature, hand-sculpted fondant food items, including a tiny pizza, spaghetti, and a variety of vegetables.

Celebrating a power couple with a custom cake. This design features two hand-modelled figurines representing their passions: a mountain biker and a gym enthusiast, complete with a mini bicycle and dumbbells.

A nautical-themed cake perfect for a seasoned traveler. The design features a detailed compass on top and a fully hand-modelled anchor, all set against a world map base.

A winter wonderland on a cake. This snow-themed design features a sweet, hand-sculpted snow girl figurine sitting amongst edible snowballs and delicate wafer paper snowflakes.

This adventurous cake features hot air balloons made from edible wafer paper. I color and shape each panel by hand to create these delicate, three-dimensional decorations on a buttercream-painted sky.

A world map cake made entirely without fondant. The continents are crafted from painted modeling chocolate and applied to a buttercream cake that has been water-colored to look like the ocean.

Avant-garde cake design using wafer paper. I shape and color edible wafer paper to create abstract, feather-like decorations, giving this buttercream cake a modern and artistic finish.

A close-up of the hand-modelled anchor from the nautical cake. I painted it with edible colours to give it a realistic, weathered wood texture, showing the level of detail I put into my work.

The top view of the nautical compass cake. The compass itself is an edible print, but it's framed with intricate, hand-piped details to give it dimension and a vintage feel.

About Handcrafted Edible Art

Each 3D figure on my cakes is hand-sculpted from scratch, which takes 2 to 3 hours of dedicated work per piece. Because I avoid mass-produced molds, this process ensures that every detail—from the expression on a character's face to the texture of a miniature object—is unique to your celebration. If you are planning a complex sculpted design, please keep in mind that I need lead time to get these details right.

When we talk about 'edible art,' I am not just talking about the look. I am talking about the engineering, the patience, and the materials that go into every tier. Whether it is a gravity-defying structure or a cake that mimics a stack of books, my focus is always on marrying the visual impact with the flavors you love.

Why Handcrafted Matters

Most of the elements you see in my gallery are not bought; they are made by hand. I shape wafer paper to create realistic, lightweight petals and airbrush fondant for shading that looks like real light and shadow. This takes time, but it means you get a cake that looks like no one else's.

The Material Matters

I work with various mediums depending on the design. Fondant is great for structured, smooth finishes and detailed figures, but if you prefer the taste of buttercream or ganache, we can absolutely create a design that keeps the art on top while keeping the finish creamy and delicious. I often use modeling chocolate for better stability in Mumbai's humidity, especially for the intricate 3D work.

Planning Your Design

If you have a Pinterest reference or a specific theme in mind, share it early. I am happy to adapt these designs to suit your preferences—whether that means making a figure smaller, changing the color palette to match your party decor, or switching up the flavors to something like Belgian Chocolate or Rasmalai. Every project is a collaboration, and I am here to help you figure out what works for your guest list size and venue.
