Our Menu, Story, and Custom Cake Styles

I started Cake It Easy in 2013 with a simple love for storytelling through sugar. Since 2021, my sister Nivedita has been by my side, bringing her own artistic eye to our cake pops and chocolate treats. We aren't a massive factory; we are two people who genuinely enjoy the process of turning your ideas into edible art.

Our Process

When you approach us, it isn't just about picking a flavour. I like to understand the story behind your event. Whether you have a full mood board for a birthday or just a rough idea for a Seemantham, I sketch out the design. We focus on details like hand-painted elements, custom fondant figurines that look like the real thing, and traditional techniques like Sakkare Acchu. If you aren't a fan of fondant, we use chocolate or cookie toppers to get the same impact.

What We Can Create

We handle everything from single-tier cakes to elaborate dessert tables that serve over 50 guests. Our menu includes:

• Themed Cakes: From structural 3D creations to elegant 2-tier designs.
• Dessert Spreads: Cupcakes, cakesicles, baked donuts, and custom-shaped cookies.
• Festive Treats: Seasonal specials like our winter carrot cake or traditional Sankranti sugar figurines.

Recognition

We were thrilled to win 1st place in the Decorative Cupcakes category at Cakeology 2024. That project, which focused on the 'Markets of India,' really solidified our love for detailed, storytelling art.

Important Logistics

As we are based in Malleswaram, please note that all orders are for pick-up only. We recommend that you bring a car with the air conditioning running, especially in summer, as our cakes are delicate and handle heat poorly. We need a bit of lead time for every order to ensure everything is planned, baked, and finished to our standards.
