Designing Your Vision

I treat every cake as a canvas. During our consultation, we will discuss the theme—be it a brand you love, a specific colour palette, or a vintage aesthetic—and translate that into edible art. I use techniques like edible metallic dusting, intricate wafer paper accents, and professional-grade piping to give the cake a refined look.

Practical Details

• Ingredients & Finish: I use Belgian chocolate, vanilla bean, and high-quality ganache or buttercream. If you prefer a lighter, less sugary option, my minimal-fondant approach is perfect for you.
• Structural Engineering: For multi-tier or complex designs like illusion cakes, I ensure the structural integrity is sound so it remains stable during transport and display.
• Customisation: Every piece, from the golden buttons on a tuxedo cake to the delicate butterflies on a floral design, is handmade in my kitchen.
