About this collection
I do not believe in generic, off-the-shelf designs. For these career cakes, I look for the small quirks that make your work yours, like the specific coding language a programmer uses or the exact gear a pilot relies on. By focusing on minimal fondant and maximum flavor, I ensure your cake is just as enjoyable to eat as it is to look at.
How I capture your professional story
When you ask for a cake that represents your career, I want to know the details. I have crafted cakes for neurosurgeons, software engineers, accountants, and pilots. My goal is to move beyond just putting a logo on the top.
For a programmer, that might mean recreating the specific lines of code they work on or a circuit board design. For a doctor, it is about the tools of the trade, whether that is a stethoscope or a saxophone for the doctor who also plays music. Every element you see—the calculators, the airplanes, the laptops—is handmade at my studio in Sushant Lok.
My approach to design
- Minimal Fondant: I keep the sugar cover to a minimum. Most of the cake finish is smooth buttercream or ganache, which keeps the cake soft and fresh.
- Personalization: If you have a specific logo, a photo of your office desk, or a favorite work accessory, send it over. I love integrating these into the cake design.
- Flavor Matters: Even with complex 3D shapes, I prioritize taste. You can choose from Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla Bean, Red Velvet, or Coffee.
