Advanced Swimming Technique & Competitive Training
Stop just swimming laps. It is time to build speed, perfect your dive, and race. I am in the pool with you to correct every stroke and push your limits.
This is what competitive training looks like. I use direct commands to push my swimmers to increase their speed and perfect their form during high-intensity drills.
A coach's perspective. I observe every dive and stroke from the poolside to provide immediate feedback for technical improvement.

About Advanced Technique & Competitive Training
If you are already swimming but your timing is stuck, you need technical correction, not just more laps. I do not just watch from the deck, I get in the water to fix your arm rotation and body roll. We use actual starting blocks for diving practice, so you stop wasting seconds the moment you enter the pool.
Many swimmers hit a plateau where effort stops yielding speed. That is where we start. At our facility in GD Goenka School, Sector 48, we do not treat competitive training as a generic fitness class. It is about precision. Whether you are prepping for a state-level event or just want to destroy your personal best times, we drill the mechanics: underwater dolphin kicks, high-elbow freestyle recovery, and efficient breaststroke pulls.
Our semi-Olympic indoor heated pool means your training does not stop because of weather. We have dedicated lanes, so you are never dodging leisure swimmers while trying to maintain your pace. I personally ensure your start, turns, and finish are race-ready. If you are serious, bring your cap and goggles, and let us get to work. No excuses, just consistent, disciplined training.

I am the lead coach here, and I do not believe in soft coaching. I am on the deck or in the pool with you, yelling for more speed and perfect form because I know you have it in you. Let us make you a champ.
