Consistency is the only way to become a swimmer. Our indoor facility at GD Goenka School, Sector 48, ensures your training does not stop because of a change in season or bad weather.

Facility Specs

• Pool Dimensions: We operate a 25-meter semi-Olympic pool, giving you enough room for proper stroke practice and endurance drills.
• Temperature Control: The pool is heated to approximately 25°C, making it comfortable even during the winter months in Gurugram.
• Lane Etiquette: We use clear lane markers to separate swimmers, which helps when you are practicing laps without getting crowded by beginners.
• Cleanliness: Being an indoor pool, it is naturally protected from outdoor debris and dust, making it easier to keep the water hygienic.

Practical Details

• Changing Rooms: We provide access to communal school-grade changing areas and showers. Please note that we do not have individual lockers, so you will need to manage your personal belongings.
• Gear Requirements: You must bring your own swimwear, cap, goggles, and towel. We provide foam kickboards and pull buoys for your drills.
• Access: Our facility is open 6 days a week, with Tuesday off. Each slot is 60 minutes long, including 50 minutes of water training and 10 minutes for changing.
