I do not just stand on the deck and watch. I am in the water with you, correcting your stroke and guiding your kick in real-time. Whether you are here for weight loss or just to learn something new, I make sure you get the movement right from day one. Seedha chalo seedha (go straight) is not just a command; it is how you get fast results.
Learning to swim as an adult is not about how you look; it is about building confidence. My adult batches at GD Goenka School, Sector 48, are designed for two types of people: those who want to learn from scratch and those who want to use swimming for serious fitness and weight loss.
The biggest hurdle for most adults is fear or the cold. Since we use a heated, semi-Olympic indoor pool, weather is never an excuse. You can train with us all year round, even in the middle of winter. My program is structured to get you swimming laps within 30 days. We start with basics like floating and leg movement in month one, and move quickly to stroke correction and stamina building.
For fitness seekers, we run high-repetition sets that mimic professional training without the pressure of competition. You get the same lane access and focus as my competitive swimmers. Just bring your cap, goggles, and personal swimwear. Slots for evening batches fill up jaldi, so plan your schedule ahead.
