Cricket Team Coaching & Player Development
I don't believe in theory. Whether you are a local club or an individual player looking to sharpen your game for the league, we get on the pitch and do the real work.
The result of hard work and strong fundamentals. This is the Century Cricketers team after winning the KSCA Group I - III Division League. I am proud to have coached these champions.
Here is the Swastik Union Cricket Club during a practice session as they prepare for the upcoming season. We focus on game-day scenarios and reinforcing core skills under pressure.
A group of players listening to instructions during a fielding drill. Clear communication and ensuring everyone understands their role is key to building a strong team unit.
A glimpse from a summer camp session with young, aspiring cricketers. Even in a group setting, I focus on individual corrections and maintaining a high tempo to build match awareness.
About Team Coaching & Player Development
When I work with a team or an individual player, I look at the foundation first. Most players come to me with 'tight' movements that kill their power. Whether it's a squad prepping for the KSCA league or a solo player refining their bowling action, we don't just run laps. We get on the turf, look at the hip rotation and elbow position, and fix the mechanics until it becomes muscle memory.
Cricket is simple if you stop overcomplicating it. At my academy, we strip away the fluff. Whether you are part of a club team preparing for seasonal leagues or an aspiring pro aiming for state-level selection, my focus remains the same: biomechanics and discipline.
I see too many teams that look good in the nets but fall apart when the match pressure hits. We bridge that gap. For teams, we focus on game-day scenarios, field placements, and situational awareness. For individuals, we use video analysis to contrast what you 'feel' against what is actually happening on the pitch.
We train at the BPCA Cricket Ground in Armane Nagar. If you are here, be ready to sweat. I don't give speeches, and I don't waste time on generic drills. We use tools like the RoboArm and specific heavy-ball drills to build strength where it matters. You will hear me telling you to 'relax karo body' not because I want you to be lazy, but because tension is the enemy of a clean, powerful action. Whether you need a 6-day intensive overhaul or a single technical diagnostic session to fix a flaw in your bowling or batting, we get it done.
