About Youth Cricket Academy Program
My Approach: Basics First
I believe cricket is all about fundamentals. No shortcuts, no showing off—just solid technique. Whether you want to talk cricket in Hindi, Kannada, or English, I’ll explain it your way. I focus on your body position, balance, and getting that transfer of power right. You have to let your body move with the ball, simple as that.
Training - The Real Grind
- We start from the ground up. No instant results—only steady, real improvement.
- Batting? Hours on drills like the hanging ball, plenty of focus on footwork, timing, and classic strokes like the straight drive.
- Bowling? Doesn’t matter if you’re a spinner or pacer, it’s all about hip rotation, body posture, and getting your follow-through spot on.
- Fitness isn’t just a bonus, it’s necessary. Expect warm-ups, running, stretching, and sometimes even the Yo-Yo test for older kids.
Beyond Nets: Real Match Practice
Practice matches are a regular thing. You’ll play against others, get used to pressure, and prepare for club or state-level cricket training. Our academy’s teams have won KSCA U-14, U-19, and Division-1 leagues—so you know the bar is high.
Who Coaches You?
You’ll learn from people who’ve been there, done that. Guys like former Indian Test cricketer Raghuram Bhat will personally guide you on the field. Coaching here is hands-on and direct, with every mistake getting fixed right there.
Programs for Every Age
- Year-round cricket coaching for kids and teens (U-12 to U-19)
- Weekend and weekday options, so you can fit cricket around school
- Extra cricket summer camp for anyone wanting to level up fast
If you want youth cricket skill development, this is where you start grinding.

My Story
I’m Raghuram Bhat, ex-Test cricketer, still bowling because cricket’s in my blood. At Brijesh Patel Cricket Academy, I just want to pass on what I know, whether you’re a kid or a pro. Seeing our teams win—Swastik-1, U-14, U-19—makes me happy. My job is to show you the right way, your job is to listen and practice. Ready? Let’s get to work.
My Work
Cricket coaching for all ages - We train kids, teens, and pros with personal, group, annual, and summer programs. Match practice, fitness, and more.
Focus on technique - Basics matter. I’ll fix your hip rotation, elbow, weight transfer, with drills like hanging ball for shot control.
Hands-on, straight talk coaching - I’m on the ground with you. Sometimes I say, 'Body is tight, relax karo body.' We fix problems together, no drama.
Champion mindset for every cricketer - We coach everyone, from straight drive learners to U-19 state players. Discipline and dedication, that’s how we build champions.
