Stop guessing your game. I fix your fundamentals through biomechanical correction and focused, one-on-one drills for bowlers and batters.

This is what one-on-one coaching looks like. I am physically adjusting a U-19 state cricketer's posture to ensure his upper body moves correctly with his bowling arm. You have to relax the body, or as I say, "relax karo body," to get the movement right.

It is always a pleasure to work with dedicated professionals. Here I am with Indian cricketer Rahul Sharma after a productive week of fine-tuning his bowling action and biomechanics here in Bangalore.

I often use simple analogies to explain complex movements. Here, I am explaining the "pro hop" to Rahul Sharma by comparing it to kicking a football. This helps a bowler understand how to use their momentum to drive their body forward.

Hip rotation is everything for a spinner. In this one-on-one session, I am giving instant feedback to a young bowler, guiding him to create a smaller, more powerful turning circle. You can't stop the follow-through; it has to be part of the flow.

This sequence breaks down my own bowling action frame by frame. It shows the complete kinetic chain, from the run-up and load to the release and follow-through, which is the foundation of my biomechanics coaching.

Batting technique is about precision. Here, I am working with a young batter in the nets, focusing specifically on her elbow movement to ensure a clean and powerful connection with the ball. Small adjustments make a big difference.

The result of hard work and strong fundamentals. This is the Century Cricketers team after winning the KSCA Group I - III Division League. I am proud to have coached these champions.

About Featured

Most coaching stops at telling you to try harder. Here, we stop to look at why your body isn't moving correctly. When I say 'relax karo body,' it is because a tight muscle kills your power. In our sessions, I don't just watch; I physically adjust your posture and arm angle to fix your hip rotation or elbow position right on the spot.
