You can bowl perfectly in the nets for hours, but a match is a different beast. In our Premier League, we replicate high-pressure tournament conditions, complete with team auctions, official jerseys, and 50-over formats, so you learn to execute your plans when the scoreboard is ticking and the batter is waiting.

Net practice is essential for technique, but the game is won on the field. That is why I started the Strive & Shine Premier League (SSPL). Many academies focus on drills, but few give players a legitimate tournament structure where they can apply those skills under genuine match-day stakes.

• Match Simulation: Every match is monitored. We look at how you handle pressure, how you assess the batter, and how you execute your variations when it actually counts.
