MCA Junior Premier League (JPL) Cricket Matches

The JPL isn't just about playing—it's about handling pressure. Every match features KSCA-level umpiring and official scoring, so players learn to respect the game's integrity while competing for the trophy. It’s the essential testing ground for our U-12, U-14, and U-16 players before they step onto larger state-level stages.

In cricket, the gap between a solid net player and a match winner is temperament. That is why we run the MCA Junior Premier League. We designed this internal T20 structure to force young cricketers out of their comfort zones and into active competition.

We operate with full match protocols: official KSCA-panel umpires, professional scorers, and new Grade A leather balls. Whether it is an U-12 fixture or an U-16 final, the intensity is real. Players learn to manage scoreboard pressure, field placements, and the mental grind of a real game.

This league serves as our primary scouting ground. Coaches monitor every delivery and stroke, identifying players who are ready for the next level—be it KSCA zonal squads or inter-city tours to Hyderabad and Hubli. If a player wants to prove their mettle, they do it here. We believe in providing enough matches in a calendar year to make that growth possible, rather than keeping them restricted to practice sessions.
