We are proud to work with talented young players from around the globe, like this 9-year-old leg spinner from London. We are fine-tuning his action and building his fundamentals from the ground up.

About Building Champions: Youth & International Programs
In our coaching, it is not just about bowling in the nets. Every player receives a personal digital profile that tracks metrics like drift, turn, and landing consistency. We focus on the biomechanics of your action—correcting issues like hip collapse or poor alignment—so you can develop variations that hold up under real match pressure.
A Different Approach to Spin
Whether you are a 9-year-old starting your journey or an international player visiting Bengaluru for an intensive camp, our process remains the same: we do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Spin bowling is a thinking game. If you are just running up and throwing the ball, you are not bowling. You have to think before every ball, just as you would think before spending money.
Youth Development: Building the Foundation
For our younger players (ages 8-14), we focus on getting the basics right. This means establishing a repeatable run-up, a balanced jump, and a clean release point. We don't rush the process. We use specific drills—balance pods, hurdles, and target cones—to build muscle memory that lasts. By the time they reach U16 or U19 competitive cricket, they already have the tactical awareness to assess conditions and outthink batters.
International & Advanced Fine-Tuning
We work with players from around the globe, including South Africa and the UK, who come here for specialised spin coaching. For these advanced students, we focus on the fine details. We use video analysis every 10 sessions to overlay frame-by-frame recordings. This lets us show you exactly what is happening at the point of release and during your finish. We look at the 'non-bowling arm' flow and 'hip rotation' to ensure maximum revolutions.
The Training Cycle
We operate on a 10-session cycle. At the end of every cycle, we review your progress through video analysis and then adjust your drill program for the next set of sessions. This is not about long hours of practice; it is about deliberate practice. We simulate real match scenarios—such as defending a specific total in the final overs—so you learn how to handle pressure and execute your skills when the game is on the line.
Strive and Shine Spin Bowling Academy
We started Strive & Shine because we wanted a home for spinners who actually want to think and bowl. We break down your game to the smallest detail—your hip rotation, your non-bowling arm, your mindset—so you stop guessing and start dominating the crease.
